Dr. Steven Kezian
Dr. Steven Kezian, a dentist in Los Angeles, graduated from UOP School of Dentistry in 2020. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA in the field of Neuroscience, and chose to pursue his Masters of Science in Biomedical Research at Western University of Health Sciences prior to dental school. This academic background has fueled a passion for clinical innovation and an emphasis on evidence-based dentistry.
Dr. Steve has focused his post graduate work and continuing education on implant dentistry, including implant surgical placement and implant restoration. He takes pride in being able to perform each step of an implant case from beginning to end. This includes taking a CT scan, treatment planning, tooth extraction, bone graft placement, surgical implant placement, sinus lifting, and crown fabrication and delivery. To have all of these steps performed in one office rather than sending the patient to visit various specialists, creates a smoother experience for the patient and a better result for the final tooth.
Dr. Steve also takes pride in performing afterhours and weekend emergency dentistry service for our patients and for new patients experiencing dental pain or a dental emergency. He finds experience is especially rewarding as it allows him to help alleviate pain, as well as handle complex and interesting cases. This may include restoring broken teeth, re-cementing dental crowns and veneers, diagnosing dental infections or dental abscesses, prescribing antibiotics, and even emergency root canals or tooth extractions.
Dr. Steve’s main goal in practice is to care for each patient as though they were a part of his family. He strives to provide honest and conservative treatment plans, while educating the patient on the reasoning behind certain procedures and what he is doing during the procedure taking place.
He is a native of Los Angeles and proud to work with his brother and father. He loves supporting his local Larchmont community. Dr. Steve loves playing music and plays, collects, and restores a variety of musical instruments.
